I am well versed on what it takes to represent a buyer so they will benefit in any way possible in their real estate transaction. I believe that it is very important to treat all parties fairly when dealing with Real Estate but many times there are items that would benefit a buyer if they had representation. Buyer's Agent

Buyer's agents act on behalf of the buyer, with the duty to represent the buyer's interest. They must treat all parties honestly. They can provide buyers with information on financing, current market conditions and proximity to schools and public facilities. They will help the buyer fill out a contract form and will work to complete the transaction according to contract terms. Essentially, the role of the buyer's agent is the reverse of the seller's agent. They have a legal duty to represent the buyer's interest and must give all information about the seller to the buyer, such as what price or terms the seller might be willing to take, how long the property has been on the market, or the seller's motivation to sell. Without the buyer's permission, they cannot tell a seller what price or terms the buyer might be willing to pay.
