Terry has been a Licensed Agent since 1978, and a Licensed Broker since 1980. He has served as a Director of the Kansas Association of Realtors since 1992. In 1982 Terry was the Realtor of the year and in 1994 served as the President of the Hutchinson Board of Realtors.
Terry is also a council member of the Emanual Lutheran Church.
