In 1977, Steve began his full-time real estate career in Wichita. Steve is the managing broker of the East Office and has obtained several designations including CRP, Certified Relocation Professional. Steve is one of only 3 other brokers in the Wichita area that have obtained this prestigious designation. In addition, Steve received the ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative, the GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute, the e-PRO designation, and is a 1999 Graduate of "At Home with Diversity Program" sponsored by NAR.
Currently, Steve is actively selling and listing homes. Steve is a multiple year Master’s Circle, President’s Club, and a past Top Production Volume Award winner for the entire Wichita area. In addition, Steve is an active member of the Wichita Area Association of Realtors, Kansas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. He also currently serves as a Kansas Board of Director, assists with various committees, and is the Chairperson for the Wichita Board of Realtors grievance and ethics committee.
