Licensed since 1978 and a Licensed Broker since 1982, Phyllis was Realtor of the year in 1991, and President of the Board of Realtors in 1990.
In 1996 Phyllis became a Member of the Broker Hall of Fame. She also holds membership in the Hutchinson Chamber of Commerce, the Kansas Assocaition of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Phyllis became an Astle Realty Broker/Owner in 1991.
