Chuck is one of the most experienced and trusted Realtors in the Wichita metropolitan area. For all intents and purposes he has been involved with real estate since he was a young boy, helping his father who was a homebuilder, developer and Real Estate Broker in Derby starting back in the mid 1960’s. Having obtained his license in 1978, he has been helping Buyers and Sellers with their real estate needs for over 25 years, the last 14 with Plaza Real Estate, Inc. A proven sales leader, Chuck has the ability to identify with both the first time buyer and the fears associated with buying that first home, and the experienced home owner who wants to make sure they are getting full value for the commission they are paying and expect that all of the details of the transaction are taken care of in a professional manner.
Active in the Wichita Area Association of Realtors, Chuck has served on their Board of Directors and has chaired both the “Fair housing and equal opportunity” committee and the “Multiple Listing Service” committee. In 1985 Chuck was named MLS Broker of the Year.
When Chuck is not selling Real Estate, he enjoys golf with his wife Pam to whom he has been marred for over 30 years. Together they travel to see their two sons, whom they call gypsies, because both of them love roaming the county and the world looking for work and adventure. Additionally, Chuck is serving his sixth year on the Derby city council, a voluntary position and a place where he can give back to the community that has been so good to him.
Chuck is an active member of the First Baptist Church, in Mulvane where he is the lay leader of missions. Almost every year since 1995 has seen Chuck participating in or leading a trip overseas, mostly to Albania and Turkey.
