At Coldwell Banker Plaza, we have comprehensive training over a 14 week span. Classes are Tuesday 10am-11:30am and Thursday 9am-11am. This is “hands on” practical training that will equip you to be a successful Realtor in today’s ever changing marketplace.
After an agent has completed training, Coldwell Banker Plaza offers a year mentorship program which includes one on one coaching sessions and business planning which helps our agent have a successful first year.
