This isn't one of those cases I selected 5 stars on everything to help out someone who did just a "pretty good" job. Susan earned her Excellent rating in all categories with phenomenal service! She helped my wife and I as first time home buyers select and negotiate an awesome home, guiding us through the entire process of making the offer, coming to an agreement, getting inspections done timely, and even introducing us to a great lender in the area that got us an even lower interest rate than we found when we shopped for a loan ourselves. She didn't stop there either! She was always quick to respond when she had news from the seller's agent and was very friendly to work with the entire time. My wife and I highly recommend Susan!
