My name is Adam Crowder and I am a REALTOR servicing Wichita and surrounding markets in Kansas. I pride myself in working hard for all of my clients ensuring that everyone has a great real estate experience by making sure that communication and understanding the process is the top priority of the transaction. I deeply value my clients’ time and understand that a real estate transaction is likely the biggest purchase or sale you will ever participate in. I use my knowledge and experience from other aspects of my life including construction, remodeling, flipping houses and working in the commercial/residential arenas to better help my clients navigate all aspects of Real Estate investing. I refuse to make assumptions about my clients needs and ensure to listen to even the smallest details to help find the best possible solution. I will stand in my clients’ corner the entire time and ensure they have all the information necessary to make the most informed decision as possible. Personally, I am a lifelong resident of Kansas. I understand many different markets and can help my clients that are searching near and far for their exact needs. I have been married to my wife Lisa since 1995 and have lived in the Wichita area with our daughter for most of my life. I consider myself a family man and enjoy spending time with my family and friends and love to travel when the time allows.

Adam is uniquely qualified as a real estate agent. He understands construction and the process by having worked with a local construction company in building and remodeling businesses. He and his wife also worked at "flipping " houses for several years so he can advise in what is possible in remodeling a space. He was known as "McGyver" throughout his high school and college by his ability to fix most anything. When he was helping us find our home, I watched him repair and replace a competitor's sign in the yard as if it was an everyday occurrence , an act of integrity . He is honest, dependable and a continual student in keeping current with the rules and regulation of the industry. You can't go wrong with using Adam as your agent.

We moved into Kansas from out of state. Adam spent OVER a year showing us properties whenever my wife or myself, were able to travel here for a weekend. As a joke, we even sent him a 1 year anniversary card. He was extremely patient with us and it got to the point he knew what we were looking for, even though we were sometimes overwhelmed and confused ourselves. We highly recommend Mr. Crowder.

We have moved many times and bought many homes and Adam is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. He knows Wichita and did a great job of aiming us towards homes that fit with what we were looking for. As we looked at homes, his knowledge of construction and homes helped us in focusing on problem areas so we didn't have surprises. He was extremely responsive at all hours and did a great job of follow up. During the negotiation process, which ended up being lengthy, he was a good partner in brainstorming and discussion. Finally, after we have closed, when most realtors would disappear, he has stayed involved in making sure that some of the checklist items from the seller were completed. My wife and I both highly recommend him.
